Office Manager
We are a Munich-based start-up with a growing, young and innovative team, leading in (model-based) systems engineering. We are looking for reinforcement (part-time) in the design and implementation of administrative and accounting processes as well as a wide range of varied organizational activities.
Your task:
Support the management in daily tasks related to the operation and organization of qwitto GmbH
  • Organizational tasks
  • Administrative and accounting tasks
  • Planning and support of public events of all kinds
Your profile:
  • Completed job apprenticeships, preferably as an administrative assistant, office manager, administrative specialist, personnel specialist, administrative specialist or comparable vocational training
  • First relevant professional experience
  • IT affinity and good MS Office skills
  • Outgoing and communicative personality
  • Organizational skills
  • Independent way of working
  • Fluent in German, English is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of working with people
