We are looking for reinforcement (part-time) in the design and implementation of administrative and accounting processes as well as a wide range of varied organizational activities.
Support the management in daily tasks related to the operation and organization of qwitto GmbH
Administrative and accounting tasks
Planning and support of public events of all kinds
Completed job apprenticeships, preferably as an administrative assistant, office manager, administrative specialist, personnel specialist, administrative specialist or comparable vocational training
First relevant professional experience
IT affinity and good MS Office skills
Outgoing and communicative personality
Independent way of working
Fluent in German, English is an advantage
Enjoyment of working with people
